Space for Rent
KMAA offers classes from 4 pm - 10 pm Monday - Friday evenings and Saturday morning from 10 am - 1 pm. The rest of the time, our 6,000 square foot school, 2 miles from Turkey Creek sits empty. If you are looking for rental space for Yoga, Pilates, Dance or any other fitness / active-lifestyle oriented program that operates mainly during the day we might be the perfect fit for you.

Cage Rental
The Knoxville Martial Arts Academy has for rent a 22-foot, competition approved cage. It's hybrid design allows it to rest either 12-inches or 36-inches off of the ground. It features two doors and was designed and manufactured by one of the best cage-makers in the business (
